At the heart of Rowena Bookkeeping & Accounting is our founder, Hayley Broomfield MAAT – a businesswoman, mother, and advocate for business owners building a profitable and sustainable business.
With nearly 10 years of experience running her own practice, Hayley understand first-hand the challenges of entrepreneurship. Her own journey taught her the value of effective systems, clear processes and true financial understanding when it comes to making decisions, driving growth and increasing profits.
When motherhood arrived, Hayley realised the importance of building a business that worked not only financially, but also around her family life. Now she’s passionate about showing other business owners how their business can shape and support the life they want.
